Here they are: Teleportation/Instant Transmission Portal Powers Flying Speed Strength Jump Boost Fire Resistance Night Vision Water Breathing Healing Touch (himself and others) Regenerating his limbs Cartoon Physics/Logic (1920s-1930s) Invisibility/Camouflaging Spike Hair Blast Buzzsaw Spin Attack Coin Flicking Bullets Swift Dashing (similar to Hunter's Dash move from The Owl House) Blast Energy Kicking (similar to Sonic's kicking move from Sonic Frontiers) Spindashing/Roll Attack/Spin Attack and Drop Dashing Slowing Down or Freezing Time Performing Kamehamehas (done in Super,Ultra Instinct,Mastered Ultra Instinct and his normal default form) Gaster Star Blaster (technically Sans' Gaster Blaster but Bloxer summons stars instead of skulls and his right eye turns black with a yellow pupil. He can do much more powerful ones in Ultra Instinct and Mastered Ultra Instinct form.) And Immortality/Invincibility (basically Bloxer and the gang have infinite lives, so everytime they die they come back to life.) He also has fighting moves similar to Dragon Ball Z and Sonic Frontiers.
