The alarming clock is a pretty powerful weapon exclusive to Wanda, with a damage of 81.6, when Wanda is 36-64 years old she gets a 1.2x multiplier to 97.92 damage, and at age 65-79 she gets a 1.75x multiplier giving 142.8 damage. She also wants thulecite fragments from the ruins (though you can get it in the archives too) to make more watches.
