As always, since the first time I watched a thai movie exactly 16 yrs ago, Thai movies never failed to touch me deeply... khun Aom is a great actress..

i dont care wherever this movie wre filmed. but the story are so deep and meaningful. i cried a lot. when we realised this life are short. so appreciate every moment we had in our life.

Aom is one of the great actress in thai. she acts well...

this is a very touching movie. Aom just never fails in her movies.

For the negative comments: please try to understand the concept of the movie. It's not about india. It's about Lord Buddha and his teaching..

หนังเรื่องนี้ดีมากๆเลย. ต้นเรื่องที่ดูแรกๆคืองงๆมากอาจจะเพราะการเล่าเรื่องที่เราไม่เข้าใจแต่พอเห็นนางเอกปุ๊ปเอ๊ะนี่น้องออมนี่นา. เอ่อนางสวยขึ้น(อาจเพราะบทที่แสดงเป็นสาวมั้นทำงานแล้ว เพราะเคยดูแต่บทใสๆก็สวยไปอีกแบบ). พอดูไปกลางๆเรื่องถึงตอนที่อยู่ในอินเดียแล้ว. เริ่มชอบการเล่าเรื่องราวของหนังและตัวแสดงของแต่ละคน. มีสาระมาก. ดูแล้วอินไปด้วย. ได้แง่คิดดีๆทำให้มองมุมต่างของเรื่องที่สื่ออกมาได้ดีมาก. มีดราม่าใจหายอยู่ช่วงใกล้จบ. คือเศ้ราได้แค่ธรรมดาไม่โอเว่อ. เพราะชีวิตต้องดำเนินต่อจึงควรมีสติ. เลยเข้าใจถึงแก่นแท้ว่าพอดี. พอสมควร. 555เราอินจัดไง. ชอบนักแสดงทุกบททุกคนเลย. ชอบนางเอกมากๆน่ารักดี. ขอบคุณแอ๊ดมินที่อัปลงให้ชมค่ะ.

I would like to explain something, especially for Nepalese (Nepali). First of all, this movie is aimed to show in Thailand only, and all Thais (Buddhists, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, and etc.) have already known exactly that Lord Buddha was born in Lumpini (Lumbini in Sanskrit), Shakya state (Sakka in Pali) in Nepal, so no need to mention it. Later on Aom Sub Team did the subtitle for international fans. As a result, please do not blame Thais, just keep watching this movie and enjoy it. Thank you.

Being Indian I liked the movie a lot Lord Buddha was born near India but no one cares about his teachings this movie was really a very nice movie, enlightened my heart the ending of the movie was very nice I feel good that almost all east Asian countries follow Buddha.

As a kid, I enjoyed this movie and I still do coz it has Aom and it showed India. When I watched this movie for the first time, I felt so happy seeing my fav Thai actress doing a film on India but now that I watch it again, I've noticed so many things. Foreign countries always show India as a country full of slum. They always try to capture the dark part and not the good one. India is not full of dirty places, beggars and strange people. I myself have never seen a slum except in television. Well this movie was shot a long ago and in that time, people didn't had much knowledge about us but still they could have showed it in a good way.

Thanks to all who comment Buddha was born in Nepal in my country not in India. I'm proud of it.

Interesting showing of Lumphini, Nepal, though labeled as in India, but the simplistic plot is designed to show how the love of Buddha can change individuals. Strictly for believers.

still the asian doesnt know where the buddha was born come to visit nepal place called LUMBINI u will find it not in india Bir Gorkhali BUDDHA WAS BORN IN NEPAL AND WE ARE PROUD TO SAY

For those people who keep commenting that Buddha was born in Nepal, that is true however back then Nepal was a part of India. It broke away slowly because they didn't want to be under direct British rule like the rest of India and the British didn't really need Nepal under its rule either. So please Nepal is a beautiful place as well is India so don't be so harsh about the fact that the movie mentioned Buddha was born in India, because it is somewhat accurate.

Never judge any country by it's dramas or watching movies as same never judge a book by it's cover. For eg. The reality between k - dramas and reality is totally really different and so please everyone .yes ,I am an Indian and yes I do live in a country with beggars .so ,what but honestly their heart is even more kind and bigger than mine and after all I believe in Humanity and yeah I Love everyone and every country because we all are created by the same God, and so what if I am an Indian , Chinese, Japanese or Korean .so ,what man .first of all I am a human .I Love everyone in this world . our brothers and sisters only know about Mumbai or Jaipur in particular . it's not their fault cause these places have been only highlighted but there is also a place let me suggest everyone . it's India Switzerland and it is Jammu and Kashmir and ladakh , it's beautiful North East and it's Himachal Pradesh ,as well as South and these are places are blessed with god blessings.everyone have a nice day , stay home ,be safe and take care . Nice Movie!!😁 So Touching... I am a North-East Indian student studying in Delhi. I don't like Indian films so I always watch Thai, Chinese, Korean and Japanese movies. Well, when they talked about going to India I said to myself "No Dont Come!! India is a very uncivilised country, you'd regret your whole life" But they beautified everything lol From the unmaintained roads, hot environment, the stinking lanes, those beggars to the most I hate ones - who stare at people. I thought they'd grumble about India and returned but they didn't. Thanks to the film team for such an inspiring motion.
