I'm not sure why, maybe it's that others have verbal tics/dialects or that Polka talks at a normal pace, but I find her more understandable with my limited Japanese than any of the other Hololive members. She's the first where I actually watched a "just talking" stream for more than 10 minutes lol.

I can't speak for anyone, but for me, since I've been immersed to the japanese language so much(all the songs in my phone are literally japanese), it doesn't really matter who's talking and what accent they have, whether it's subaru, miko, or polka, my comprehension of what they're would probably be the same even if different people with different japanese accents said it I think for everyone here, as long as you're immersed in the japanese language, it probably wouldn't be a problem no matter who spoke
