[Boss Mechanics]
Your Servants deal extra damage based on your Bond level with them.
Goetia takes normal damage from all classes and deals half damage to Riders and Rulers.
Goetia's normal attacks apply a specific debuff depending on the attack, which can be NP Damage DOWN, Critical Damage DOWN, or NP Generation DOWN.
Goetia has 10 different "Ring" skills in addition to "Wisdom of the Sage" and "Wisdom of the Fool". He will only use each Ring skill once throughout the fight.
Before your first turn, Goetia will use "First Ring" to reduce the NP of all active Servants to 0.
The negative-buffs from the 3rd, 5th, and 7th Ring skills cannot be prevented by debuff resistance, however, the debuffs caused by them can.

Goetia will always use his NP first whenever it is fully charged.
Goetia will always use "Second Ring" immediately when he falls below 90% HP. It inflicts Skill Seal for 1 turn on your Servants.
Goetia will always use "Third Ring" immediately when he falls below 80% HP. One of your Servants will receive a negative-buff for 3 turns that decreases their ATK for 3 turns each time they attack.
Goetia will always use "Fourth Ring" immediately when he falls below 70% HP. It inflicts NP Seal for 3 turns on your Servants.
Goetia will always use "Fifth Ring" immediately when he falls below 60% HP. One of your Servants will receive a negative-buff for 3 turns that decreases their DEF for 3 turns each time they attack.
Goetia will always use "Sixth Ring" immediately when he falls below 50% HP. It reduces healing on your Servants for 1 turn.
Goetia will always use "Seventh Ring" immediately when he falls below 40% HP. One of your Servants will receive a negative-buff for 3 turns that decreases their Max HP for 3 turns each time they attack.
Goetia will always use "Eighth Ring" immediately when he falls below 30% HP. Goetia gains Invincibility for 1 turn.
Goetia will always use "Ninth Ring" immediately when he falls below 25% HP. Goetia removes all debuffs on himself and removes all buffs from your Servants.
Goetia will always use "Tenth Ring" one turn after using "Ninth Ring". Goetia gains max NP charge and increased NP damage for 1 turn, and his HP is reduced to 1.
Goetia will typically use normal attacks in any combination instead of his main skills "Wisdom of the Sage" or "Wisdom of the Fool".
[Solo Strategies]
Atlas Institute Mystic Code is absolutely necessary because of all the debuffs Goetia will inflict.
1) Bring a Craft Essence with Guts like "Grudge Match" or "Star of Altria".
Grudge Match is ideal since it provides pure ATK stat and increases critical damage.
Star of Altria provides 5% (10% MLB) debuff resist, which can negate a few debuffs (excluding the 3rd, 5th, and 7th Ring negative-buffs).
2) I recommend Command Codes that increase critical damage over defensive ones.
