Because it's a band. Honami is the drummer. Drummer's usually never sing as they won't be heard over their already very loud instruments. It's already unrealistic for Honami to be singing at all, so that's why she rarely sings. As well as the others too, it's a band. There is usually one main vocal who is USUALLY the guitarist (it can be the bass or keyboardist though.) But it's a band, it's realistic. Not to mention Ichika has the strongest voice out of the bunch.

If this were about bandori (where the characters actually play in their instruments in real life) I could understand but in Leo/need (as far as I know) none of characters voice actors actually play their instruments in live shows, so there shouldn't be a reason you can't hear Honami that well

Also befor you contradic this try listening to Honami's and Ichika's voice closely it does sound a bit different like how in Honami's part you can hear the softness of her voice while Ichika has the iconic main vocalist voice. If you want to hear the difference with their voice i would suggest looking at the 2:25 - 2:29 part where Ichika sings then compare it to the 2:30 - 2:39 part where Honami sings, if you listen closely here you will be able to tell the difference between how they end the lyrics like for Honami it's more aery while for Ichika it's more fierce and rough.

she does have lines. The two pre-choruses is her and ichika. Bridge goes like this: ichika, miku, and her. Right before the last chorus is Miku then her. The outro is hers too. The reason why she's barely heard here is because she ichika have almost identical tone.

@@mizuujelly actually she has a lot of line, it's just really hard to differentiate her and Ichika's voice but if you listen closely her voice is much more softer compared to Ichika's voice. If you want to have a detailed line distribution look at the comment above this reply, i copied and paste the line ditribution i made since so many people couldn't tell the difference between Ichika's and Honami's voice

まぁ一歌ちゃんはギター&ボーカル担当ですからね…… バンドをやっている以上、ボーカル以外の方が歌うのは少ないらしいです、個人的にはもう少しぐらいほなちゃんパート増やしても良かったと思います(T^T)
