【Introduction】Love Between Fairy and Devil is a period Xianxia directed by Yi Zheng ("Young Blood"), starring Esther Yu ("A Writer's Odyssey"), Dylan Wang ("Phanta City"), with special appearances by Xu Haiqiao ("A Dream of Splendor"), Guo Xiaoting ("Chinese Paladin 3"), and Zhang Linghe. This drama is adapted from the novel of the same name by Jiu Lu Fei Xiang, which focuses on the story of the angsty love between the arrogant big devil Dongfang Qingcang and the soft and cute little fairy Orchid. The goddess of the Pixin tribe was exterminated by the demon Dongfang Qingcang (played by Dylan Wang), and was reborn as a low-ranking fairy in the heavenly realm ten thousand years later. In order to gain freedom, Dongfang Qingcang has to sacrifice the soul of Orchid to lift the spell seal on his body. I wasted almost a year of not watching this drama when first released. I only watched half of the first episode and didn't quite understand and decided not to continue. Recently, I decided again that I'll start from the beginning and wow! I can't believe how good and sad this drama really was. The quality and the storyline was great! What touched me the most was how Wang Hedi was so protective over the main girl and how in the end, they couldn't be together and in the end, the story actually will tell you all how everything was a coincidence from the beginning. Awesome drama!!!

I cried and i laughed and i cried even more when i watched this. I am sooo glad i gave it a chance! I finished it last night and i couldn't put my pc away! The ending felt a bit rushed but overall it was a 10/10! Please make a second season i can't move on

So many bad cdramas and kdramas this year that I had to return to rewatching this because it really was so well-done. Lots of believable humor, not cringy. Well-written, very very well performed, and brilliantly directed and produced. Like Vicenzo, and Eternal love, and Til the end of the moon, these rare, really good dramas are rare among a lot of weeds.

I'm surprised about how unbothered the demon lord is about being in a girl's body and the fact that the fairy in his body is making him look like an idiot. Not to mention, I'm surprised he wants to kiss his own face (I know that he wants to get back in his own body but still, it's almost as if he is obsessed with himself).
