The only downside i have seen on Vampy is that she has a shitton of Cap ups, but no inherent atk buffs, even with nio 150 buffs and 100% crit i wasn't capping very well with her assassin autos (1.7m possible, consistantly 1.3-1.4m). Charlotta sword grid enjoyers will be laughing however.
