Exactly what I thought when I first confirmed to myself that I would make a HTTYD video with this song one day. Beautiful comment! Thank you!

It turned out great with the season 6 clips I'm sure you had other ideas for it, but they make it just perfect. In my opinion if this video was made without clips from season 6 it wouldn't be as good as it is with the clips from season 6. It just tells the whole story of Hiccup. I'm not saying the video would be bad without those particular clips, but it would fall into the decent category. If the season 6 clips were left out the story of Hiccup would have many plot holes and nothing to fill them in, but that's just my opinion. I loved the video and I can't wait to see what you come up with next (I know I say that a lot, but I mean it XD).

I remember planning to do this song before RTTE Season 4 and indeed thinking about only using clips from the two movies. But RTTE eventually conveyed the growth of Hiccup well, and there are a lot of symbolic moments to represent Hiccup’s journey, so obviously I had to include them also! So, well said! You see my thoughts behind this :)

Yeah I actually do see your train of thought here. If you had left out any of those clips past season three, there would be huge plot holes in Hiccup's story and no other clips from the movies or previous seasons could actually fill them in. The whole point of Dragons: Race to the Edge was to build up and develop the dragon riders to face new enemies and an on going war that seemed like it would never end. Hiccup learns that being a leader isn't always easy and He'll have new challenges to face in his future. Astrid learned that sometimes crazy and out of control plans can actually be effective in combat when the odds are against them. Snotlout... well...... let's just say he's in the process of learning the importance of respect. The twins are learning that sometimes there are hard choices to make especially when it comes to family and friends. Dagur learned that revenge and violence isn't everything that counts. And finally, Heather learned that she can always count on the dragon riders and her brother to be there when she needs them instead of being reckless and doing things on her own. Since the topic is about Hiccup i'll keep explaining where im going with this. Hiccup's character was very well developed during race to the edge. He had to learn that not every fight will be a victory and that sometimes you need to think outside the box to outsmart your opponents. He also learns that more challenges are waiting for him and that he will have to be ready for them no matter what. And that being leader won't be an easy journey. So using this song without those particular clips would kinda be pointless and nothing would add up to what the song means. So yeah you can kind see where im going with this (srry it's a little long I tend to think in paragraphs XD)
