In this video or what its about is that itachi is at his last breathe and before he fades he remembers the times with his beloved brother sasuke and what he had to do to protect him. He is sorry for what he had to do but he loved his brother so much he'd do anything for him. I really think this song goes perfecty with itachi. I hope you think so too ^^
