【Into The Unknown | COMPLETE Feathertail MAP】 

Edit: Guys stop fCKING commenting saying how sad it is that she dies,, she doesn't die in this au!!! its an au for that reason!! oh my god please just read this. i know its not a lot in the grand scheme of things but it gets really annoying when i get tons of comments saying it constantly because they're wrong!! :[ *In this map Feathertail is part Tribe cat and when told to go on the journey to the sun-drowned place by StarClan, she feels like something is also calling her there - that being the "voice", calling her to where she's destined to stay - the mountains. At first, she's in denial of wanting to follow the voice, as RiverClan is her home, but she knows deep down inside she doesn't like being there, so she chooses to go on the journey, determined to follow the bird to where ever it takes her to and at last, she finds the Tribe Of Rushing Water.* *Some of you may be wondering, who is that "voice" that's calling Feathertail to the mountains? How exactly IS she part Tribe cat in this AU? Well she's part Tribe cat due to Fallowtail, her great-grandmother! Fallowtail is nothing but a minor character in Crookedstar's Promise who had a forbidden romance, she doesn't appear any where else AND there's no record of her kithood either, so who's to stop us from assuming she was born in the Tribe? I imagine no one knew she came from the Tribe, she ran away or got lost from the Tribe and then was simply accepted to RiverClan as a presumed rogue.* *Another question i'm sure some of you are wondering about, what happens after? What does Feathertail do when she finally finds the mountains? Well in canon she is part of a prophecy that will save the Tribe by killing Sharptooth and she dies while doing so, i think that would be lame to include in this AU,, Feathertail goes on a super long journey to finally find a place where she feels like she truly belongs in only for her to die the moment she gets there?? BOOO!! INstead i imagine she survives the incident, fulfilling the prophecy, finding her place in the Tribe and choosing to stay there instead of going back to the clans! I also love the idea of her becoming mates with Brook, since Stormfur can't stay in the tribe the way he does in canon. Also i doubt Feathertail can survive that fall without at least some severe and permanent injuries, so who better to take care of our favorite lesbian as she gets settled in her new life than Brook, a Tribe cat herself?* When i originally pitched this AU it was criminally underdeveloped as i kinda only did it to fit the song, but over time i had a great time thinking more and more about everything and basically fully completing the story outside of what the map shows! Also, If y'all want to you can also make your own stuff with this au and make you own interpretations of the it!! I don't gatekeep my au's in any way and the more Feathertail content i am fed the happier i am

finally, a feathertail map/amv/pmv that doesn't focus on her death or her relationship with crowfeather! i think this was beautifully done, and all the animators did their parts stunningly. this song means alot to me, and paired up with a favorite character, i think this is one of the best MAPs i've ever seen!! i love this so much.

The reason this is my favorite map, is because I wanted to do this for Brambleclaw, but the Panic! At the disco version would play, but the thing is I had no animators, no idea how to make a map, no idea how to get animators, but this is my favorite map, because you honestly did a way better job than I could have ever done! I love it!

I have never loved a version of Into The Unknown that isn't the Panic At The Disco version so much until now.

Fun fact! Feathertail actually is part tribe cat! As you may recall the forest warriors descended from the tribe, so as long as her bloodline traces back to the DotC group, this AU is actually canon! At least the part about her being of tribe blood! Pretty cool, huh?
