[Hijiki Mayonnaise Salad Serves 1 infant (1 infant in parentheses)]
1.2g (0.8g) of hijiki
Soy sauce 0.6g (0.4g)
7g (4.9g) carrots
12g (8.4g) cucumber
Canned corn 10g (7g)
5g (3.5g) mayonnaise
Salt and pepper 0.1g (0.07g)
*Adults should be twice as much as a toddler.
For a family of two adults and two children, the guideline is six times as much ❁
Easy-to-make portions.
1 bag of hijiki (10-11g)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 of a medium carrot
1 cucumber
Canned corn, 90g
A little less than 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
A pinch of salt and pepper
