「もう一回あの夏に戻って」の所好きすぎる。

Well SPOILERS (wrote this as a reply but why not put it here too), Geto's life is just tragic. He was a Jujutsu Sorcerer born from two Non-Jujutsu parents. So he thinks that he should use his technique to help as many non-sorcerers as possible since it's their job and it's righteous, while Gojo doesn't agree with Geto. Gojo just feels like it's a chore and a pain having to protect non-sorcerers, they are like flies, annoying. Basically, in three years of going to school with Gojo, Geto turns Gojo from a God looking down on mortals into just a strong arrogant human. And shit hits the fan during their second-year, having to protect the Star Plasma Vessel, Amanai Riko, to merge with Tengen. It turns out that Megumi's dad (Toji) was an OP ass DILF, and shanked Gojo, Geto and Riko effortlessly causing Gojo to reach enlightment and unlock Reverse technique, while Geto starts breaking down. At the end of it, Gojo asks Geto if he should slaughter all the non-sorcerers who joined the cult that hired Toji to kill Amanai, to which Geto says there's no meaning to it. Geto Suguru is Gojo's moral compass which shows how much he trusts Geto and how powerful Geto is, being able to stand equally with Gojo, even causing Gojo to say, "We're the strongest." Too bad Geto starts falling since then with Haibara, his junior dying from a mission and Yuki Tsukumo's appearance. Yuki said that curses appears from non-sorcerers because they can't control their negative emotions causing cursed spirits to appear. Well that means the cycle will never end, and the Jujutsu Sorcerers deaths are just in vain, because the people they're supposed to protect were the ones that create those monsters. At this point, Geto's really between two roads, to continue to be a Jujutsu Sorcerer and see his collegues die without any gratitude, or have a mission to kill all non-sorcerers which will end up saving his friends and not working Gojo to the bone anymore. Gojo noticed Geto's changed appearance at this point, and asked why he's becoming skinny, but Geto just says that it's because of the Summer season. This is due to Geto's technique. He's able to control cursed spirits by turning them into a ball and swallowing them. But the ball tastes like rag used to wipe up vomit and shit, and he has to eat them continously to stock up, and mind you, he's ONLY 16-17 AT THIS POINT. So yeah torture for him really. Finally, a solo mission to go to a village and eliminate the curse spirit that's been killing and kidnapping. No prob, he easily eliminates those thing, but then two of the villagers said that they know what's causing all of these, and bring Geto infront of a cage, where two kids (twins) are huddling in fear and injured. They asked Geto to kill those monsters (the twin), even though the twin are actually just Sorcerers like Geto, and ARE NOT THE ONES THAT CAN CREATE CURSE SPIRITS. They said they should've killed these two when they're just born (and I think these villagers killed their parents.) So yeah, Geto decides his choice and goes apeshit, killing the entire village, 112 people, easy-peasy, and brings the kids along with him, deserting the School and creates a cult with the purpose of gathering funds, saving sorcerers and eliminating all non-sorcerers (at this point, he calls them, Monkeys.) SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION AFTER THIS LONG ASS ESSAY THAT I HOPE YOU READ (ALTHOUGH IT'S UNDERSTANDABLE IF YOU DON'T :( ) Geto no way gonna change his choice, and he already killed 112 villagers + his parents and will continue to rise. There's like 7 billion more to kill (you're so stupid, Geto ;-; ). The Upper old dudes gave an execution order for him, to kill him on the spot. Well too bad, Geto is one of the 3 (at that time) Special Grade Sorcerer, along with Yuki Tsukumo and Gojo Satoru. Yuki doesn't give a shit, she's focused on finding a way to stop the source of cursed spirits not in Geto's way, so there's only Gojo. Gojo gets the mission to kill his best friend, HIS ONE AND ONLY (straight from Gojo's mouth here), and there's nothing he can do. If this is the old Gojo before meeting Geto, then he might instantly do the job, or even agree and end up joining Geto (who knows), but after being raised by Geto, he knows that his mission is meaningless, it's something impossible to do. And let's be real, if Gojo wants to kill Geto within a year of him defecting, it would've been real easy. But nah, he stalled that shit for so long, till 10 years later when there's no other way. And he did it finally, although GOJO FUCKED UP by not wanting people to touch his best friend's body, and I guess ends up burying him, although the rule states that all sorcerers should be cremated. And this bites his ass not even a year later, 10 months later lol. So yeah, SatoSugu is real tragic and the sadness doesn't stop there( cough Shibuya and so on *cough*). Even without the shipping, their relationship is real strong and unique. Those 2 (out of 3) years in school were probably Gojo and Geto's happiest days.
