【Kyoto】Taizo-in Temple and its Yin-Yang Garden symbolizing Zen Spirit 

Kyoto sightseeing trip while staying at home! We introduce Taizo-in, a Zen temple with four gardens in Kyoto.
◆ Taizo-in, which was built in 1404, was originally located in another location, but was later moved to its current location.
◆ Facing the Hojo, there are two gardens, a moss and red pine garden and a dry landscape garden called "Motonobu's garden". There is a dry landscape garden called "Yin-Yang Garden" and a pond garden called "Yokoen" in the back, and there are a total of four gardens in this temple. "Motonobu's Garden" is a picturesque garden that is said to have been created by Japanese painter Kano Motonobu.
