One of the best LAN cable explanation. I've understand most of it before, from my friend. But this have more things to show, like 5e could go faster if the cable short. That was the explanation I've got, but here stated 10Gbps at 45m. What not shown here is the cable breakdown. Some cheaper Ethernet cables opted many things to cut price. Like using multi stranded wire inside, non standard connector. I've seen a Cat 7 using standard RJ45 connector for cat 5-6. Definitely a no go. Also sometimes, the ground cable is placed on weird position inside the twist, or even do not exists. So much for the S/FTP. Idk about the cable brands shown here at the video, I'm not talking about them. Just telling you the potential scam of those Cat 7/8 cables. Especially if you got them at a cheap price, or comparable with Cat6-cable price around.
