長野県山ノ内町にある志賀高原（Shiga Kogen）は、長野県に位置する高原地帯であり、観光地やスキーリゾートとして知られています。
標高約1,400メートルから2,300メートルにわたり、冬季には雪が多く積もり、スキーやスノーボードのメッカとして有名です。９８年長野オリンピックではアルペンスキー競技が開催されました。
