my model also has mismatched eyes but her lashes are also mismatched, this tutorial is great and helped me with the irises but it wont work for the lashes and im not sure what to do
if the coloring on the lashes is fairly simple, you can draw the lashes in white with black outlines and then use the multiply/screen options in live2d (or vtube studio if you are using the free version of live 2d) after reflecting to individually color each lash. if the coloring is fancier you can reflect the first set of lashes and then glue the second set to the reflected lash, give the reflected lash 100% of the weight, but set its opacity at 0%. hope this helps!
