As the adventurer continues on their quest with the phoenix’s blessing, they come across a field of white flowers bathing in the moonlight. There, in the middle of the field stands a lone sword, seemingly imbued with power, inserted deep into the ground. Taking the sword into their hands and slowly raising it up to the sky, it shines brightly in the darkness, lighting the way for the adventurer.
However, as they venture across the field with guidance from the sword, whispers are heard in the darkness. Whispers of temptation; to betray the adventurer’s quest of saving Youtaitia and take the lost treasure for themselves. With each step they take, the pure white flowers are stained red, and each whisper becomes louder and more deafening than the last.
Gripping their sword tightly, the adventurer continues to march forth, in hopes that they may reach the light, lest they be consumed by the darkness enveloping them.
(Fun fact: If you watch our R1 entry, you can predict which of the vocalists will end up succumbing to darkness. Can you figure out why?)
