Seeing you sharpen at 1:00 makes me think grinder(s) might be worth investing in. Was really close to blue too, but there's only so many skills to fit tho so idk if it's possible yet till future updates. I don't know the charm tables to know if there's a legitimate charm that can get enough skills and grinder(s)
He's talking about the other skill called "Grinder (S)" that boosts damage when recovering multiple sharpness levels. Sadly it's incredibly hard to work that into a set without taking big losses in other way more important skills so probably not. His talisman is already pretty good but it's theoretically possible to get grinder (s) on a similar one - better off playing on PC or buying a lottery ticket for that kinda luck.
@@primecalibur yes. 2 level 3 slots or else it's not worth even attempting. Plus level 3 is almost the only way TO make it worth it... only way it's worth is if you like Blade Hone Ibushi stuff and that's it.
It was VERY intresting where you tend to choose and pick your fights that it kind of shocked me when you'd go a different route than I expected. Is there any reason to Bullet Barrage over Wyvern Fire from the back on that mount or was the time not worth it? I'm slightly curious on why that routing choice.
why are shells doing 68 damage at the beginning, but then they switch to 80 after a minute ish (ik it goes to 97 but thats because of sneak attack) does hellfire buff shells in any way or something since the buff is after rathian enrages
He is attacking the monster fron the front, while it's not enraged. When monsters enrage, they get a damage modifier. Some monsters start taking more damage, some less.
Two reasons, the first is gold rathians iridescent state makes the head a weak spot and enough damage to the head will cause a topple so it's a priority for that moment so he can hit her more on the ground. The second is the very tip of the tail I believe is a weak enough spot for wex to proc.
