I actually only used Rapid Fire Slice and Pierce myself. So this really took a while for me to make. Let me know your thoughts when you give these a roll. Thank you!
@@jrjsiaron32 I use mostly Long Sword and only Elemental builds. So looking forward to giving these a try. I use LBG just to change it up.But played most of rise with a Rapid Fire Slicing LBG.
@@jrjsiaron32 I hated the long sword when I tried it in the demo. Didn't buy the game at first because of it. Found it for $20 after Christmas last year started with sword and shield, now it's my favorite game. Zelda "Ocarina of time" has been since it's launch so it was a long standing benchmark for me.
Hey. It will be better if you use chaotic gore helm if you want to squeeze that strife 1 then sinister grudge waist with a bloodlust augment. bloodlust can be gotten using the normal qurio augment without losing coales. For me, I didnt bother with strife unless I can maximize the buff by not using bloodlust so that I can get my red bar up to 60%. You can definitely solo anomaly 160+ without need to go back to camp. Just line up your shots, use melee dogs with appropriate elem weapon. Congrats on your 1k subs!
Thank you for your feedback! I'll make sure to try it! I actually know bloodlust is a little anti synergistic but for more comfortable play I mentioned it in the build. I'll make sure to try your suggestions. I have to work on the positioning, I'm not as used to Diablos moving more, I got spoiled with HBG. Thank you so much!!
@@jrjsiaron32 yup. What he said. I used chaotic gore helm, and sinister pants. And i run hellfire cloak on all my sets for all LBG and HBG sets. That skill is hella underated imo. Getting to level 3 of hellfire cloak guarantees you one topple from the fire on each hunt, giving you opportunity to deal massive damage. And it keeps coales and crisis (if you have it in your build) active for most duration of the fight, with very little downtime. And regarding the re-stocking of ammo, i can't last one hunt without restocking if i use guns without backup elemental ammo (single shot elemental for example). So, basically guns like hermitaur, astalos etc. That's why i very much prefer to use single shot pierce elemental like for each respective element, like daora for ice, almudron for water, etc. It's fine for multiplayer as you have other hunters contributing to the damage as well i guess (if they don't suck lol 😂). I'll give an example, against seething bazelguese, that p.o.s has like 120k hp already on a hunt that i did yesterday, and it's not even lvl 200 anomalies yet. I think around 170 or 180 ish (can't remember). So, i use daora lbg against him so i start the fight with one shock trap, hellfire topple, and when i run out of pierce elemental, i use the backup RF ice ammo and slay without restocking. I'll look forward for your videos if you decide to do builds for this types of guns as well. Grats on the 1k subs bro ✌️.

If the gun has no deviation, it allows me to eat for temper) Food skills: Felyne booster+4 Marksman+3 Temper+1
It's good with both, the problem is the pierce hits through the monster and stuff like weakness exploit don't proc throughout the whole body. Attack doesn't have that problem since it's a boost for when you crit and don't crit.
More or less the skills of the set are the max you can get for LBG and HBG. The other skills aren't as beneficial for these ranged weapons compared to the melee weapons. Hope this clarifies things.
You still need WEX & MM though, Resuscitate 3 not so effective because buff duration from bloodlust's frenzy is short and it can only be more optimal if you pair it with Hellfire Cloak +4 because it will gives you hellfire blight with more than a minute duration and thus making resuscitate lv3's effect stays longer. So, i suggest you maximize coalescence to lvl 3 and left bloodlust at lvl 1 because you will need that juicy 20% affinity and leave burst at lvl 1.
I agree. Though the space isn't very much for us to add everything. Also since pierce goes through the monsters, the WeX won't always proc so I prefer having Max Might or Critical Eye, which isn't very easy to slot in just yet. I did mention about Hellfire Cloak on the video, but I couldn't fit it on the sets with rapid fire. I need quite the perfect augments to fit in hellfire cloak which I could do next time.
I agree. More affinity with wex is easier and much more important to implement on an element build. I would only increase attack through various skills when the affinity is at a stable percentage.
OK so I'm a new to the LBG and so far this build can make the 100 damage per tick... are you guys saying that with WEX somehow this build can make more damage? If so, please do tell a build or a video that I can watch.
