#020 Mexican steak paella

Consomme soup ----------------------- 600 ml
Saffron --------------------------------- desired amount
Garlic ----------------------------------1
Purple onion ----------------------------------1
Bell peppers (yellow and red) ------- 1 per each
Brown mushroom -------------------------4
Celery -------------------------------------1
Red pepper ----------------------------------2
Olive oil -------------------------------- desired amount
Butter- ------------------------------------ 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper -------------------------- a little per each
Coriander -------------------------- desired amount
【Cooking process】
① Put saffron in a consomme soup and heat it.
②Cut beef meat in big dicey sizes.
③ Crash garlic and chop it up, cut a purple onion into wedges, cut bell peppers roughly, slice brown mushrooms.
④Pour olive oil in a paella pan, fry up ②’s steak meat and add ③’s vegetables, sprinkle salt and pepper, fry them up until they become soft and take them out.
