Synopsis:
In an unexpected kidnapping case, Shen Manning meets her "doppelganger" Zhuang Xinyan. But Zhuang Xinyan's death totally changes Manning's life. Y'all expecting this lady to just be badass from the beginning when she just met a look alike she wasn't aware of, got into an accident with her and got saved by her, is totally different from her apart from her face and she now has to live for her... A whole traumatic experience... Chile it's the lack of sense for me

Everyone's reaction here is based on the fact that Xingcheng had to make a last minute decision to go straight to LH Star, or the Presidency would have been given to Jiakai. They would have had more time to prepared Shen Manning for her new role, if not for the urgency of the matter. As such, they averted a take over, but some things have to be rushed now, in order to keep their pace. This actually makes it more thrilling...how they will cope during this dangerous game they are playing. If everything went smoothly, as they originally planned, it will not be as riveting and nail-biting, as it was meant to be.

The facial expressions of the guy are well shot...! the director really captured every emotion of the ML and FL... this is is my 2nd time watching this just 10 hours after i finished it... what an amazing drama.. I am now noticing every detail of it.. I want to enjoy the drama one more time.:)

You are right!!! Truthfully, there is no better way to react to the situation she was put in...imagine facing the board of directors you don't know from Adam and immediately be questioned for your identity. Yan Xingcheng's reaction is very well done as well, looking fierce, as a reminder for "Zhuang Xinyan" not to falter. I suppose it is not easy for Xingcheng to keep her in the dark, except to emphasize that Shen Manning owes Zhuang Xinyan her life. She is also very much aware of Xinyan's last words to her that she needs to find every bit of courage within herself to act on her behalf.

I can’t imagine waking up after a car accident and finding out that I’ve been declared dead, that I’m being called someone else’s name, that I’m surrounded by strangers, none of which are nice to me and then being guilt tripped into being that other person and being threatened with death if I’m not perfect. She looks so hopeless and she looks like even her spirit is broken. It makes me so sad for her.

He is not in love with her so ofcourse he won't treat her with love.He is not evil it's in his nature that is how he is survived till date being this rough.She is Really nervous all the time no confidence so in oder to teach her he is just being his usual self that will help her be a better strong version without having to be depended on him always.We can't except all people especially in politics and buisness field to be super carering and sweet they have to be tough and alert.They have suffer a lot that makes them as such.These are typical dramas where a soft innocent female with rough men acts .To keep up with such attitude and to understand them their depth only such female can do they are not weak.Such female are only capable in bringing out the soft core from such Men by not being like others so cruel that made the man as such.Such men may come off scary but they are the greatest protectors.She is indebted here somehow she knows she has to try harder and he can guide her in the best way so she is tolerating and letting it come as a chance to be better.I am sure he won't do such in unnecessary spot if so she can surely speak her mind.Not all war can be won with violence and there should be open mindedness to few discliplines.Every person knows when the limit is crossed.If they tolerate after that it is not healthy.

100% recommended, one of the best Cdramas. Mystery, Romance, Action all in one with great OST & rewatch value. The intensity & expressions of male lead is awesome. Those who loved Lighter & Princess bcoz of it's different storyline will definitely love this. Both ML & FL have superb chemistry together. 🔥

This is drama is absolutely amazing I’m really enjoying the acting for both female and male leads is superb. I don’t understand all the hate for the female lead her acting is flawless all the feelings and emotions she’s going thru she has been able to convey in a way that it’s heart breaking I wanted to literally hug her and tell her that everything was going to be ok I mean going from being a regular student with a normal life to finding out she had a twin sister only to loose her again and knowing that she gave her life for her also 😭 and to know that she has to live in a house where she can’t trust those around her cause they hate her and probably want her dead that’s a lot to process also she’s afraid that her own family can be implicated and suffer as well and to add to it the ML is such a jerk to her and treats very bad even though he really needs her don’t get me wrong i feel for him he just lost the love of his life and can’t imagine the heart break he feel but still the way he treats her is too much at times … Anyways so exited for this drama I really wanted to write down my thoughts about this drama so far I will say it’s in my top 5 faves Chinese drama to date and I’m in ep. 2 😅😂 but thats how good and promising this drama looks I’m very exited ❤

Your better give my boy more leading roles because he such a amazing actor. Better than some Cdrama actors. I watch this drama first, saw him in my girl, then the mountain and ocean. I watched short clips of this new drama, but I cannot put it together since. Now I saw that the sequential episodes are up, I can watch it to understand what's going on. It looks interesting. Yan Xingcheng's look is fierce and uncompromising, his smile is deadly, his demeanor is so formidable, you wouldn't want to mess with him. I am sure I'm in for a treat since I like the actor even when he was not yet in a lead role.

He doesn't love her yet, he just wants everything back that belongs to him and want revenge those who hurt him, so he is a ruthless character for now, soon will have character development. Female lead will have character development too. Honestly love this drama, it's my second time watching

Dear Writers , I am aware that this kind of totally weak with no self-preservation instinct FL sells but I do believe it would've worked with a FL whom have a back- bone with intelligence. Maybe if by chance this comment reaches your ears , try writing such a character and see the strong feedback one would receive. It is possible with such a plot to make the characters especially the FL more intressing.

Here's what passes me off. If I am watching a drama and it isn't to my liking I leave a review always stating that it's my personal opinion and move on. Who ever feels ti watch it that's their call. But we have these viewers that come on here and complain on every episode. I also hate this nonsense here about the fl acting. As someone else mentioned she was just a university student going about her business. She was kidnapped and almost killed. Then she is thrown into this mysterious world where every one hates her. The man calling himself her fiance threatens her every chance he gets. Of course she's gonna be scared. I love that she didn't come in all strong and confident remembering 24 years of another person's life. Her acting up to this point portrays her character perfectly. Please don't judge the ml. It's obvious he angry. Dude just lost someone he loved and has to act all normal. Of course he is passed and why not at her. His sister died protecting her.

Same story happened to her the ml tortured her She tried to suicide but he didn't let her suicide and He was very rude.....😫 But the story was not completed it was Incompleted...The author left the story Idk why, I wanted to watch that....💔, but I'll watch the chinese drama based on same story😇

But when she come back how come so many branded shoes for her size 😝 how they find out of her size and also they don’t expect she will back in that day, I don’t understand that part 🤣 myb the director forget about that or myb just me not focus 🤣 n also I focused to her phone I thought she lost her phone when she got kidnapped. For acting, actually they did great job only some scenario to me just doesn’t make sense and too bad the script make her character look v suspicious
