What a journey this has been for HoloMyth.

When she said she might break down in tears if they were to sing this together in a live concert, I can see what she meant. So much emotion and passion in these lyrics and vocals.

I really enjoyed the harmony variations in this song especially the part when Gura & Ina singing together! ☺

These past few years have sucked for everyone in general, but I'm glad that HoloMyth came into existence. These ladies have done a wonderful job with entertaining us and putting out so much content. They are very talented, hard workers. I hope someday that they get to meet in person.

The fact that these girls can get together and decide to do this. They're all so talented.

It's a small detail, but Calli crediting everyone not once but twice at the start and end of the video really shows how much she appreciates the people she works with and how much she wants the world to see and be proud of their hard work. One of the most genuine online personalities I've seen.

I am so impressed with Ame in this song. Her voice lessons are really paying off! Everyone else sounded wonderful as well of course (especially Kiara's near rap) but Ame really blew me away with her improvement.

Ame's part of the lyrics is the real punchline of this song. She defied the reality of everyone being so far away from each other and let the girls meet in another reality(a virtual kind of reality) just so they can fulfill the desire of being able to meet each other. This is such a good song. Thanks, Calliope-sama.

I must applaud Calli once more for being an absolutely incredible lyricist. Her ability to write incredibly elegant and layered verses that are also extremely personal not only to herself, but to whoever is singing the lyrics she writes is incredible, and in my opinion, only matched by a few. Here's to Holomyth, and the day when their Thousand-Year Journey ends, and they can finally be together.

"If there's no world for us to touch or to see, we'll make it ourselves then make memories" is so fitting for Ame. She made an entire 3D world for them just so they could celebrate big milestones together while physically apart. I'm not crying, I swear.

The best thing about HoloEN's music is that every single one is carried with a lot of feelings, and on this one you can see it clearly through the lyrics. This banger hits hard, nice job!!

You can see it in the lyrics, hear it in the melody, and feel it in the passion they put forth in making this song and MV happen. I’m just so proud of Myth and the amazing talent they have behind each and every face.

I just realized that Amelia's line, "if there's no world for us to touch and to see, we'll make it ourselves and make memories" could refer to the situation where this world won't allow them to see eachother, but that didn't stop them from creating a world where they could see eachother and share their fun and sadness together, and that is the virtual world (or VRchat).

This song didn't click for me until I realized they were singing about being apart from each other. They've been through so much, I really do hope they get to see each other in person soon. Really poignant, great job! :D

This is exactly what they needed. This song defines "HoloMyth" proudly and is going to rock in their concerts coming years. I've never seen a globally accepted talented group like this before where each individual is a super-competitive professionally motivated media creator. They've been making right move ever since their debut. Simply amazing.

Song's a real banger but the lyrics just had me crying because these five created a special bond-a friendship so strong that despite never actually meeting each other in real life, they managed to do great things all together. HoloMyth, as a fan who is separated from their closest friends by over a thousand miles I want to tell you how this hits home. We have had the opportunity to meet once, it took over ten years and you better believe I drove over 20 hours in one day's time before collapsing of exhaustion but it was all worth it because I was traveling with a purpose. Thank you guys so much, it's really hard not to tear up listening to this.

The line "fish out of water, bound to the sea" really resonates with me, like it represents the feeling of "this is not where i belong, and yet i'm stuck here anyway" ...damn that's deep. And what's even deeper is what i think the message of this song as a whole that represents their desire to finally, after waiting for what feels like a thousand years, meet with each other in person. Truly a masterpieces.

Honestly, as an introvert, covid has not been that bad to me. But the moments like their first collab, their Walfie VR stream and that last Calli and Kiara karaoke makes me cry and so mad at covid...I hope the world gets better and the borders lifted soon. When you realize that "Journey Like a Thousand Years" could also be interpreted as breaking free from their previous stagnant lives, freeing themselves, and finally meeting each other for the first time. HoloEN really struck gold when they found Calli when it comes to songs. Lyricist and Artist in one is too OP. Rest of the girls are really great too! Kiara, Ina, and Gura has really distinct style in singing. And then there’s Ame, she has really gone so far when it comes to singing that I’m crying 😭 . Here’s to another year of fun HoloEN adventures.

All members of Myth have distinct personalities, but when they come together, they maintain their individuality while creating synergy. How could I not love this team?

Anime is real life, and these girls are living it. They joke about which one is the protagonist, but looking at each one of their journey's over this past year+ you can see that they have all overcome adversity. The most beautiful part about their story is that they have done it together as a team. Thank you girls, for being such a bright star in so many people's lives during a time when a lot about the world sucks pretty hard. Keep creating, keep innovating, keep being the adorable group that you are and we will all be here every night watching to see what awesome things you will do next!

I know Myth or Treat is their first "original" song, but I feel like this is going to be their "Gen Song" like how the JP Gens each kind of have a signature song. Can't wait for the day we get to see them in full 3D, idol costumes, performing on the HoloStage!

I totally see now why Gura mentioned having trouble containing herself from humming the melody on stream, this song is super catchy. Also see what Calli meant when talking about tearing up while working on the MV, those collabs popping up at the end really hits you in the feels making you remember all of the fun memories made so far with HoloMyth. Fantastic song, so excited that they talked about doing more original songs together in the future now that they know they are able to do so.

If I'm not mistaken, at least some of the lyrical inspiration of this is their struggle to meet IRL, which hits really hard as someone with friends I can't visit due to COVID myself. Especially the line Ame sang "If there's no world for us to touch or to see, we'll make it ourselves then make memories!"

You really can hear and feel all of the girls' personalities mingle well together. Lyrically powerful too. It does great work of taking all of their accomplishments, challenges, and future goals and mold them together thematically. MV was amazing wok by Calli. I wasn't prepared for the stream of video thumbnails chocked full of Walfie chibi clips. Really shows how much WORK these girls put in to come together and find a way to do their thing. It's amazing how much they've done that doesn't get in the way of Cover's once-they're-in-Japan to-do list. I'm awestruck. This is fantastic. I'm gonna click replay now.

Another year Back here again for the 3rs year

This song is great. When Myth finally gets their 3D, when they finally meet offline and are able to sing this song together, it’ll be such a legendary moment. They’re such a strong group of girls, I hope the stars align so that they can meet soon.

I've been listening to Calli's songs recently so I'm super hyped to hear what she has written up for this group song. Also Ina's art for the cover is just gorgeous.

I really like how much their voices harmonize together, lower voice registers like Calli is pretty underappreciated imo. It like the indigo part of the rainbow. It might be on the lower part of the spectrum, but a rainbow ain't a rainbow without the indigo.

Damn Ames voice is getting better and better
