In this video, we show you how we spend one evening as our night routine.
From last month, we suddenly became an early to bed, early to rise family. We go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am.
My husband started doing this early bedtime habit after listening to a TED speech by an Oxford or Harvard professor who talked about the benefits of going to bed at 10pm and getting up at 7am. (But 7am is never early enough for me, so I'm up at 6am).
I've also started to limit the time I spend cooking dinner, doing hobbies and taking baths in order to go to bed at 10pm, which has made me value my time more and make my evenings more meaningful and productive.
I made a chicken cordon bleu (French chicken cutlet) and I'm showing you how to make it too.

Chicken cordon bleu
Ingredients (for two persons)
2 chicken breasts (about 300g)
2 slices of melty cheese
2 large slices of ham
Salt and pepper to taste
8 leaves of basil
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
