Technically he's not like Yamakaze tho, his 3rd skill's dmg is indirect dmg, and his passive ( 2nd skill ) has a special mechanic in which, when he deals dmg either by normal attack or 3rd skill, if his atk is higher than the target, then he will ignore their def by 300 points, and everytime his mark explodes, it will give him 50 more points of ignoring def, to a maximum of 300. ( with passive he can ignore up to 600 def ). Indirect dmg will crit if your target has 0 def yada yada yada you know the rest. Quite good in boss with Ushi btw because Fuuri can focus the stats all in attack and speed and since the doll always inherits a lower defense than the target it's a guarantee for Fuuri's indirect dmg to crit.

I once have a nightmare: The pink aardvark doesn't build effect hit. And every of my Shiki has 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% effect resist. MY TEAM STILL SLEEP FOREVER.... I woke up crying after that nightmare :(((
