How do you see whats coming when it changes all the time? I can do this easily if it doesn't move, do I just have to get used to it or is there a certain strategy?

you can learn the movement, and then everytime it changes place, you focus on the new place, so it """feels""" as if nothing happened you aslo have to be confortable with upscroll, then remember the 3 notes ahead of you in the end to be able to play them

There is a category of map with storyboard manipulation like this. Look up storyboard maps. You could also find a bunch of these in the osu aspire mapping contests
