I liked this machine so much, that I bought another one. Both half tracks. The high end was exciting. It could record up to 50K. Way before it's time, a car battery could play and record this unit. Talk about doing a remote session say in the woods or an open field. Today, I use a digital recorder you can hold in one hand and weighs less that one half a pound. A Tascam DR-40
Ehmm... fully restored... either it was not completely restored, or the operator did not know how to handle it properly, weak sound, VU meters hardly moved, why do you keep straightening the reels with your hands..??
