Im playing on CN client, If you are playing on global/jp/kr server means she isnt arrive yet, global is expected coming around february 2024 based on GrayRaven website, If you are in CN right now then you already passed her banner so you need to wait for her rerun. If you are planning on getting her I suggest you to start playing on TW server from now since next update on TW server is Alpha CW within a week or two although you need to grind real hard.
