could be, he has true s on both of his skills, he is the first ever character to have true s on both of his skills, or he can choose a more offensive approach and use skill seal and weapon seal on both of his skills, effectively stopping you from playing the game, his range is huge, but he is gonna have saber mastery, and using 2 melee isn't the best, but that's how he'll get his most damaging buffs, he can still llay and have a huge buff even with just 1 melee, he feels like a side grade to true via, which is already huge, since true via is the strongest pvp character at the moment, and true via also has perks with 2 melee weapons, this only means that pvp ranked is getting the triple zero double sword team, with dive armor zero, zero vergil and true via.
He was pretty even agaisnt that Dax at the end. On the other side tho, that first skill seems to inmobilize everything he hits on screen, wich means Pandora or Dark Megaman.exe DNAs would be deadly on him since he can use them to remove all buffs and then land the second skill easily
Now after I saw this, Zero's Vergil Trigger is so cool, especially that I know that Virgil's voice actor is one of my favorite actors in the world Dan Southsworth.

A modders should mod this character as a Palette Swap version of Zero. In exchange for a near broken character with abilities for every situation; Zero: Vergil Trigger would have abysmal health to balance the character out.
