Actually this boss turns out to be the easiest IS boss ever. Even under the maximum difficultly the atk is still not too high, easily blocked with a tank and a healer. The boss will only rush for 3 times, each time 3 sec (70%, 40% and 10% hp). if you block him from the very beginning, after 3 times of rushing he will only made it to the third turn, still far away from the blue box. Also, there's no hp check point for this boss, so you can block him alone and clear all the others first. These make him maybe the only boss with nearly no requirement on your dps
@@OffTheRailGaming Mostima's S3 is the only exception so you can still use her For levitation, Qanipallat is very cheap and free. There is another relic that helps ranged ops to levitate enemies every time they manually activate skills.
so cus of his crazy run you basically have to stall him at the beginning??? apparently hes not immune to levitate tho so it might be possible to stall off like 2 seconds of his run so its not as close
How about atk spd Hool S3. Sure the Levitate get half duration, but w the cyclone spam wouldnt that able to buy you time to dps the boss when he starts running?
