CHUANG 2021, produced by Tencent Video, is a variety show of an international boy group formation. @@imabitchsowhat6541 playing devil's advocate. I wouldn't say his fans don't deserve him. Liu Yu is shown to have a larger growing fanbase. More people = more stragglers. Majority of them focus on supporting Liu Yu. There are a few that go against the grain. However, that wouldn't mean all his fans are all doing it. Or only his fans are doing it. That's like saying if I had 50 fans and 5 are rude versus another person has 30 fans and 3 are rude but you'd say my fans are bad and not the other. The ratios is still 1 of every 10 fans are rude still. Both sides are equally bad but one has more ... Because they have more fans. I can equally say the same about other trainees fanbases which I shall not specify. I've seen plenty of rude comments towards liu yu just because he got no.1. I can list so many insults I see and there's A LOT and I see which trainees these fans support. Yet I wouldn't say any all those trainees don't deserve these fanbases. All fanbases had rude stragglers. I feel like one shouldn't have a misconception. Negativity always outshines positivity. Please don't spread a large false rumors saying his fanbase is doing such things when in reality it's a few people who speak loudly and most of them from what I see focus heavily on supporting Liu Yu and minding their own business. Again the same can be said about the other fanbases including the international trainees fanbases.

@@juehu2879 Honestly!!... that's how I feel too LOL I, on a personal level feel Liu Yu is getting attacked way more than his fanbase are attacking others. If anything I see more of his fanbase being mocked for protecting Liu Yu. But that's my biased eyes in reading Liu Yu related content. However, I'm not going to go about trying to claim certain trainees fanbase as toxic and putting everyone under one bubble like people seem to want to give Liu Yu's fanbase. I look at things objectively an from all sides.

I hope that all haters can see how hardworking Liu Yu is. Him as being the shortest (in the group), he needs to stand at the behind because of the steps. If you are dancing in a team, surely you understand the formation and mustn't miss a beat. The choreo looks beautiful like effortless, but the transition is quite fast. Yes, it's not a powerful dance like others but doesn't mean the dance is not technical. The fact is Liu Yu succeed in making others shine on this performance. Like Ning jie said, I finally notice Qu Boyu. Eisho is also making a great progress. For me, this is their best performance yet!! Like Zhuo Shen said, their performance can put into a MV. That's how good their performance as a team!

@@jenelle4293 let's use this phrase instead, I read somewhere... We need to appreciate the haters since those haters can show how good Liu Yu is. Also, there is one artist I know ever said that haters are actually loving her too much that's why they wish her perfection. Sometimes I am amazed with all these point of thinking. We know there is a saying: the higher you climb, the stronger the wind bashes on you. So instead waste my time debating with those haters, I'll use my energy n effort to support Liu Yu whatever I can. Ofc, this is the diss for those haters~

Just wanna say smtg, whoever that didn't watch the full episode. LiuYu is actually from a broken family. His parents are divorced during his primary school days and each of them has their own family. So he often need to go to each of his parents place to and fro. This song is about the loneliest whale whose song has diff frequency from other whale. This whale cannot communicate with any other whale and others cannot listen to his song. So, LiuYu can protrayed this feeling well cause he never had a family where he is the center of their love and attention. I always thought that he was from a very loving a good family and I really didn't expect this. Cause he is playful and fun person. He can be really mature as well. And his maturity just grows because of his family. He is so so strong and so amazing. I really respect him for this. If you guys rmb, there was a part he called his mom during Chinese New Year. He said that ‘不知道打给谁就打给你了…’ He said that he don't know who to call so he called his mom... That time I was still thinking he could have just called anyone in his family cuz everyone will be home during CNY... Makes me so sad...

I'm glad Liu Yu choose the songs based on his gut feeling. Every time he performs I'm drawn in. I constantly have a feeling of being a proud fan/mom. Not only does he embody the emotions, he has center and leadership qualities. I always feel stressed out for him because I remember when I was 20 but he always exceeds my expectations, both performance wise and personality wise. His background came as both a surprise and not at the same time because of his maturity. He always emits positivity and happiness. Another thing I'm thankful for about Liu Yu, is the chance to see more of the other trainees that may not have much screen time, whether in team performances or dorm diary. I feel the intimacies of a group, of roommates, of friends. I also have to applaud Eisho, ZhangZhang, QuBoyu. Its their first time doing modern dance which is very hard and they gave such a beautiful stage. Xue Bayi, as always is beautiful, talented and kind. This performance left me teary eyed. Liu Yu's movement and expressions give me the feeling of hurt. I'm glad I met him. The only down part of being a Liu Yu fan is automatically waking up at 3AM everyday.

Liu Yu is the definition of beauty! May be his face, his height not catch someone standard, but when he stand on the stage, his aura cover them all! Like Luo Yan said, what experiences make him like this? He talked about his lost in a very calm way! But we can feel his loneliness. He just 20, but he has to be mature so soon! It even make me want to protect him more! Protect his brightest smile and let him shine on the bigger stages! Liu Yu really fix with the center place, especially when they want to create an international boyband! His style can balance to modern element of other contestants. His leading skill is smooth too. And his persional charming makes orther people want to get closer just to know him more. Oh, I still dimp deep in the feeling of this stage! My words are not enought to show what I think, what I want to say! Yes, this stage is perfect! And Liu Yu deserve the no1! His stage expression is always on point! His eyes look so sad, but still searching for hope. Can we be his hope in this program and the orther days after?

This song is literally made for Liu Yu. The dance style is what he can do best and what he does all the time. He was the best at expressing the sadness in the song for sure. Bayi really took my breath away this time. I wish people would notice him more. Same goes for Eisho.

THIS. I was moved by their performance. Nearly in tears. All of them performed great but Liu Yu stood out. Their emotions were felt and expressed the feeling the song portrays. GRACEFUL AND ELEGANT. Never really got Liu Yu cos for me he's a bit too soft/Feminine, a bit too simple. But this time... I watched this clip like 20 times? I completely succumbed to his charm. As a person who learned dancing for many years, I love seeing some of us continuing this journey and stand out in different parts of their life and careers. His body language is completely different from others. Each and every move is so on to the point, quick, big, handsome and full of emotions! His performance today has a power combined both soft and strong sides of him. And I absolutely love it!

This song not just suit Liu Yu, it is similar to him. The song, choreography, his movements and expression, and everything else blends into one. It was AWESOME! It was BEAUTIFUL like a living painting! I was deeply moved by him. His performance was so soulful that my heart began to beat faster and my eyes shed involuntary tears. I think it is not the stage anymore. It is an art like poetry. I'm grateful for that. Thank you, Liu Yu. P.S. I really want to see this song performed by Liu Yu as the main character (not just a center).

Not the best idea. There is a good reason why covering Zhou Shen 's songs is bad for the fandom. 1) Zhou Shen is a ridiculously strong singer, his songs are perfect or even near-perfect. Any attempt to sing his songs would ultimately divert to how the cover singers failed to capture the crux of it instead of their sincerity and purity of expression (It may not even be Zhou Shen fans doing it). That would undermine the group and their message. 2) This song is deceptively difficult even for experienced vocalist and classically-trained singers. It would be really hard to master it in such a short time span (5 days). See what happened to the Lemon Group

Wow~ This performance is just so perfect. And, LiuYu really has star aura that make us can't take our eyes off him! His style is kinda like soft but with control and power. And it is really hard to achieve or to perform that. It's his aura and the classy vibe he puts out. He's really amazing and a diverse performer. Unbelievably amazing expressions and incredible techniques. A whale deep in the ocean called Alice, she sung at 52Hz, higher than all her species. it took the scientists years to discover this unique and precious whale. But Liu yu, today, luckily we also find you, the same kind of precious as the whale and one of a kind, you are and will be the shinning stars.
