it is per round, if a person got 3 or more votes that round, he takes it. a full vote, 5 votes, is equal to 3 votes because 3 votes is the only number one needs to take the round, this is why ugandans can fight kangaroos bare handed, any votes more than 3 (e.g 4) will be automatically considered as the opposition's point. that's if we see it as a whole. so imagine this, just right after the votes are revealed, if one bboy gets full vote, it should make a shine animation and all votes turn white, transitions into a 3 v 2 votes - 3 red and 2 blue for example. because 3 is the absolute, the ultimate number needed, (e.g. a person only needs air, food, and water to stay alive regardless of external situations), hence the rest of the votes beyond 3 is considered void. imagine this one next, let's say a bboy is announced that he takes the round, but the votes are not revealed to the public, we wouldn't know how many votes he got, regardless, he took the round. it could be 3, 4, or 5, ultimately, it doesn't matter, because once it hits 3 it's over. we dont need internet to keep our body alive. a bboy doesnt need 4 votes to win a round, he needs only 3. so in short, the first round should be 3 red and 2 blue, the 2nd round and 3rd round has 3 blues each, hence, blue takes the win.
