Yup you can give your least efforts to play him and can still perform better than 95% of runners. He is best and most brain-dead runner. Runner like Lucci needs survivability skills to play him.
It's a fight between Roger and uta v3 idk why people mention others. Shanks and Lucci are basically attackers and blueno is 3rd place in terms of actual runners.
