【Synth V Mai】 Madoka Magica - She is a Witch Cover 【Extended Version】

La versión extendida del cover que hice de la épica canción "She is a Witch" de Madoka Magica con la hermosa voz de Mai de Synth V, que aparece en la película "Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Movie 1: Hajimari no Monogatari" cuando Sayaka se transforma en la bruja Oktavia Von Seckendorff. Para "extenderla" se me ocurrió repetir las primeras partes pero con instrumentos con timbres diferentes, como el órgano, también le agregué algunas melodías extras en varias partes.
El dibujo de Sayaka Miki, Oktavia y todas las demás ilustraciones son obra de ‪@ruthjsk‬ . Las animaciones fueron hechas por mi en Blender. ¡Espero les guste el resultado!

The extended version of the cover I made of the epic song "She is a Witch" from Madoka Magica with the beautiful voice of Mai from Synth V, that appears in the movie "Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part 1: Beginnings" when Sayaka transforms into the witch Oktavia Von Seckendorff. To "extend" it, I thought of repeating the first parts but with instruments with different timbres, like the pipe organ, I also added some extra melodies in several parts.
The drawing of Sayaka Miki, Oktavia and all the other illustrations are by ‪@ruthjsk‬ . The animations were made by me in Blender, I hope you like the result!

At first I hated Sayaka, but by the end of the original anime learnt to appreciate her. In Rebellion I realiced she was my favorite all along. And now a decade later i realice we were too similar 😂😅😅 When I heard the OG of this song was when I susbcribed your channel

Sayaka have a interesting personality and she wanted to help someone that she loves but her desire was that transform in witch, just I think that she is a human and had a lot of feelings that sometimes we do not understand ourselves and it makes us feel bad. Same here, Sayaka's downward spiral is perfectly realistic to any sufferer in f depression. People say they only want cheerful and positive things but sadness and depression exist and these feelings have to be portrayed and faced

I like throughout the song you can see oktavia von seckendorff kind of puppeteering, though in reality conducting her kind of like playing with their emotions trying to let them out and then the end of the song it seems like she has full control. That’s how I think of this song when I see it.

This song is a deadly accurate portrayal of falling in despair and turning into a witch. I love this anime because it is not cheerful, it shows depression and despair and darkness are always there and people can get severely mental damage.

The anime is quite dense but there are many psychological things, each character has their dilemmas and I feel that there are things that happen in a metaphorical way, and I am happy to have been able to represent in my cover a little of what it is about, and basically it is like a spoiler what happens to her but just I will say that she wanted the best for the person she loved.

And I think that old Russian and Yugoslavic/Czechoslavic cartoons were inspiration for creepy but fascinating animation of Witches! Especially because word "end" were written at first in Russian ( word КОНЕЦ were written in special fancy style of cartoons like soviet Alice in Wonderland) and also in czech or polish or serbocriatic (KONEC). French word "FIN" I think is for inspiration in music and style German "ENDE" - for poetry and fairy tales Chinese - for phylosophy of In and Yang English - as international language)
