Quando eu treinava pesado com meu mestre de artes marciais, eu ia vestido de cosplayer de Terry na cor azul, mas com a imagem do Blanka no boné. Pensa numa combinação braba...
It says a lot about Terry's importance to SNK and Fatal Fury that he got more development visually in Garou than what Street Fighter III did for Ryu and Ken.
They tried to do that with Ken Street Fighter V, although since the story takes place before 3, it means he then went a step backwards. I would honestly like to see the overall story progress further after 3 which might be hinted at in the future with the Champion Edition coming out and Gill as new DLC fighter. I'd also like to see a sequel to Mark of the Wolves to find out what Rock and Terry have been up to, but we all know that's either never gonna happen or at least not for another 5 - 10 years or so :(

Once you realized the technical limitation they had to go through, and yet still achieve this impossibly gorgeous of a game presentation... I can't help but overwhelmed in awe... SNK truly have no chill ❤️
@@theoneitself This is going to be a bit technical. The fundamental platform they used were essentially unchanged for little over 2 decades, albeit undergone several tweaks, the MVS system. It was, at its core, actually inferior to Capcom's CPS2 and even more so compared to CPS3. Street Fighter 3 was using the later, and Alpha/Zero series plus the Versus Capcom series uses the prior. It was so severely limiting, SNK's programmers couldn't even put a transparency effects, for example, among its many limitation. Mainly due to this old tech SNK insists of using. Even when they release KOF on ArcSys's Atomiswave, at its core, was still developed revolving around MVS. iirc, for the MoTW in particular, was build around a slightly tweaked MVS with addition of JAMMA chip. It wasn't even build based on Dreamcast's and consequently Naomi Arcade system capabilities in mind. You can look it up your own to learn more about this. And yet, with all that limiting factor, still managed to present beautiful game presentation comparable to Capcom's CPS3 engine, which was technically ahead. Additionally, when SNK finally moved on from MVS SDK, we get KOF 13. Instead of porting available assets, they were forced to recreate all of KOF assets.
SNK games, specifically the arcade ones, constantly remind you just how strong their presentation and sprite work is. Don't really see other devs committing that much.
@@snkgeneral1004 Lol. Not even close. Garou is a masterpiece compared to 3. It wasn't even well received when it came out. It still ranks below the Alpha series.
@@snkgeneral1004 Garou is an outstanding game, stop trolling, lol. Easily one of the best games SNK ever made and i'm a HUGE SNK fan and have been since the early 90's.

No kidding! If we could get Cloud's original outfit and his Advent Children outfit or heck Little Mac's regular outfit and his hooded tracksuit why not Terry's Wild Wolf outfit? Could've offered us more options rather than just the color palette swaps :p
Meu personagem preferido, pena que o áudio e descrição do Power Geyser tenha mudado de nome. Como típico dos fatal furys, eles sempre colocam um representante dos Sakazaki, que faz muito bem seu papel aí.
