I really like the rival team of this game. Elisabeth, the true hero of this saga and the second female fighter to win a KOF (the first one was Vanessa in 2000) Benimaru, the KOF champion ⚡ He has the record of winning many KOF tournaments! Benimaru usa pela 2ª vez no KOF XI essa camiseta colada parecendo lembrar tigre de amarelo com pintas pretas e calça preta. No KOF XI,os golpes elétricos dele parece que tem efeito em preto e branco invés de ser só branco piscando. Ele foi pro time da Elizabeth apenas para tapar buraco já que largou o time dele no final do KOF 2003.

Já anos antes desse jogo a Snk definiu um tipo de padrão de mudança de aparência dos chars de uma saga pra outra. Não é um padrão muito rigoroso mas é razoável. Nos primeiros jogos isso era mais inconsistente, naturalmente. Aí na saga Nests o Kyo, Beni, Robert, Ralf, Clark, ganham um novo visual que fica fixo pra eles. O Beni e o Robert são dois dos poucos que ganharam até uma sprite nova. Na saga Ash, que essa noção de sagas amadurece mais, aí vem um novo visual pro Kyo, Beni, Robert, e dessa vez até Terry. Aí aconteceu que essa saga falhou em manter esse padrão, só que mais por causa de fatores exteriores à franquia. O Kof Xi nem ia ter o Robert (por algum motivo que desconheço), ele apareceu como um mero extra reciclado de Ngbc. Acho que se estivesse planejado pra ter ele no Xiv, teriam usado a sprite de 03 pra respeitar o padrão.

Agora depois do Kof Xi houve turbulências e mudanças na Snk que acabaram no abandono das sprites clássicas. E aí meio que resetaram o visual dos chars em Kof Xii-Xiii, exceto o do Kyo. Quem sabe por motivos de publicidade. Foi mais o Kof XIII o culpado de bagunçar o conceito de "visual fixo por saga" que a Snk estava tentando seguir de forma cada vez mais consistente. Daí agora nessa nova fase, de Kof Xiv-Xv, não faço idéia de como vai ser. Se vão repetir as mesmas roupas do Xiv - exceto a Athena, ela é uma obviamente um caso à parte.

Mudaram porque acharam ousado demais o decote. E a Elisabeth só participou apenas em 2 KOF só no KOF XI e KOF XIII. Poderia ter aparecido no KOF XIV como lutadora jogável no DLC. Mas aí no KOF XI e no KOF XIII dá pra fazer o France Team com Ash,Elizabeth e King.

A questão é que o 02um é uma expansão do 02, que é um jogo baseado na saga Nests. Não que só tenha chars que apareceram nos jogos da saga (99-01), mas o foco é Nests. O que acontece é que a Snk nunca fez o jogo dream match da saga Ash. É um jogo que devia ter saído depois de Kof XIII, de acordo com a lógica da série. Aí sim esse jogo iria cobrir todas as sagas e seria o Kof definitivo. Não faço ideia de por que não fizeram, mesmo com a dificuldade financeira deles... seria um jogo reciclado.

@@carlosaugusto9821 Eu sei. Eu quis dizer tipo uma versão definitiva do KOF02UM, era só mudar o nome do KOF02UM para outro, tipo: KOF Definitive Match. Com os personagens de todas as sagas, desde a Orochi até a Ash. Era só pegar o 02UM como está e pegar os bonecos e sprites da saga Orochi e Ash e colocarem o padrão da 02UM neles.

No. Only more than 03. But the whole Ash saga was massively unpopular. The damage to the series was too large and deep for even Xiii being able to save it.

@Carlos Augusto The only way to make a good kof again is to go back to the roots! With very competent professionals, preferably players, to be able to capture the true essence of the kof!

@@user-th3bj6in8b I believe a good direction to take is diversity of playstyles and modes. So they should be inspired by Kof 97, which was the game that invented alternate modes in fighting games (the precursor to the famous CvS grooves), and CvS2 that expanded it, and make a similar system that offers many different modes. Also bring back Tag and Strikers BUT as extra modes that you choose at the main menu. An inspiration of Smash, that is notable for offering lots of different modes. Like, the only problem of Snk that ultimately caused their decline since the late 90s, since Kof 99, was FORCING the new systems like Strikers and Tag. If it was optional, the games would have had a different reception and probably it could have changed Snk's history...

Duo Lon acabou saindo do time do Ash por perceber que ele foi mal caráter e entrou no time da Elizabeth ficando no time definitivamente. Esse lutador chinês é bem sombrio e me parece que ele é descendente da raça de Lin. O cara teve o golpe de chute aéreo enfraquecido no KOF XI. Tomara que o Duo Lon (com o Shen) retorne ao KOF XV.

Elizabeth é uma mulher durona. Essa lutadora francesa não passa de uma amiga senão namorada do Ash. A mulher se revoltou contra o Ash por este ter se esquecido da missão e deste ter se rebelado indo pro lado dos inimigos. Apenas no KOF XI ela tem essa roupa ousada da cintura pra cima. Tomara que ela retorne pro KOF XV.

I hope Elisabeth returns for KOF XV, maybe in a team with Kukri. She was a great female protagonist and she won more KOF tournaments than Ash. I prefer her design in KOF XI to be honest

I prefer Elisabeth's design in KOF XI Too bad it is not in the thumbnail :( Sometimes I think SNK created her because they realized Ash doesn't work as a protagonist/hero. Let's be honest, she was the true hero in this saga. Ash is just a dick who had good intentions at the end BUT he was too overconfident and his plan backfired, almost ruining everything until Elisabeth and her team saved the day and fixed the mistakes Ash made.

Wdym Ash didn't work as protagonist? He was doing the same thing in XI as he did in 2003. Elizabeth is a rival. A rival who wasn't affiliated with the villains and wanted to stop them. If you think Elizabeth was taking Ash's role as the protagonist then you're wrong, she wasn't. And Elizabeth didn't fix anything, in XI the Kyo and Iori team beat Magaki, in XIII in didn't even look like she beat Saiki he was fine. Then Ash got an opening and destroyed his body, then Ash was the one who refused to go through the time gate and Ash got erased because he killed Saiki sacrificing himself. So what did Elizabeth fix? She didn't accomplish what she went to do to save Ash. She didn't fix anything. Actually know what you're talking about before you make false claims like that.

@@blaze6477 No. Who won the XI tournament, defeated Shion and Magaki, was actually Team Rivals (Elizabeth). Elizabeth plays the role of co-protagonist in the Ash Saga, she is important in both XI and XIII, but protagonist has always been and will always be Ash.
