Fresh Tofu Skin 120g
Tofu 150g
Cooked Chickpea 100g
Yunnan Pickled Vegetables 60g
Soy milk 250ml
Water 800ml
Coriander to taste
Seasoning:
Soy sauce 1.5 Tbsp
1Tbsp Chili oil
1Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp sugar
2 Cloves of Garlic
Ginger 5g
1 Tabasco pepper
TIPS:
1. If you like richer soup, you can reduce the amount of water and add more soy milk
2. There are no restrictions to the types of rice noodles
