SoulTheShinyEevee2000 actually is not Ruko Kire or Ruko Male, is just normal Female Ruko as the mistress, and Rook as the master, this was made before Ruko kire/shout/scream was made actually

I think it has to with that Teto is in the video. She's both a Vipperloid, but also one of the 3 UTAU Sisters, along with Defoko and Momo.
