Hi Nami, Thank you for making all your videos because they help me with my new life living in a small apartment in the state of Illinois, U.S.A. at 60+ years of age. I was very married for decades, had a large home and what I thought was a happy life. Now, I live by myself, like you. But, most of my family has passed away and my friends have disappeared. I wasn't cooking beautiful food, making nice teas, coffee or even buying pretty flowers. Because of you and your videos, I'm now inspired to " be in the moment" and make my life better even if it's just for myself and learning to live alone. Keep loving and living your life. Sharing your inspiration with others. And, y-e-s it does matter you turned 30 years of age; it's n-o-t " just another day" as you had said. I had spine surgery a few weeks ago and I am laid up in bed most of the time and feel my emotions struggling. Я в фарш для фарширования перцев добавляю отварной рис и мелко порезаные и обжареные овощи. Вкуснее если перцы желтого и красного цвета. Я перцы мою, очищаю от семян затем кладу в кипящую воду на 2, 3 минуты. Так они не треснут при фаршировании.

All these years I've been making stuffed peppers, and I never thought to put the mixture into a bag and squeeze it into the peppers to avoid a mess. What an amazing idea! I usually just take a rubber glove and push the mixture into each pepper, making a huge mess in the process that often results in me swearing to never make them again...
Hidden History, what an interesting name. You don’t cook the meat first? I’ve only made stuff bell peppers a few times. If the meat will cook inside the bell pepper 🫑 that would be one I less step. My bell peppers are a little larger than Nami
