There are so many PP1M apartments behind there as well. In terms of LRT is not so well connected. And the traffic Jam is really crazy, and to think that they going to cram 1500 units again.. woah..

1,558 units over 3.45 acres land? that's a whopping 451 units per acre. Doesn't matter how many towers it is being divided into, you'll still be sharing the same common facilities and ingress/ egress. By this logic, M Verticx seems way low dense by comparison since it's divided into 5 towers. FYI, the density per acre for that project is 3,600/11.25 = 320 units per acre. A true new king for high density :)
No lah , no pedestrian friendly connection to the lrt, if they could promised and delivers that , a solid pedestrian friendly walkway, then bagus lah to buy
