he's not living there anyways tbh. at the most fans would be bothering foreign companies or tech companies. he rented it out when he purchased the property so obviously he's not looking to live in it. and honestly, photos of the property surfaced from some knews agency (how they found it, i will never know) but it looked extremely unprotected. like sasaengs can just hop the fence and stalk the house. i don't think jk would live there even if he wanted to. i bet my money that its only for investment purposes

India is so huge & incredibly diverse, One can't generalise it like this... So, We have alot of Cities, countryside & Places which R super heavenly and peaceful. This area shown in video is also not Main Seoul which R mostly crowded & Busy all time.

HERE ARE SOME MORE FUN FACTS: One of my favourite BTS songs is "Paldogangsan". Pal (8) do (provinces) gang (rivers) san (mountains). Paldogangsan is a nickname for South Korea. South Korea is generally divided by two groups of sub cultures: "Gyungsang do" and "Jeol la do" In the song, BTS members have a back and forth about their own region and whose is better. Jimin, V, Suga and Jungkook are originally from the "kyungsangdo" region while Jhope is "Jeollado". Jin and RM are Seoul or Seoul region. Because Seoul is the capital, people there tend to be a blend of the two and have a more international feel. Generally Kyungsangdo men are thought to be quick tempered, very straight forward, sharp with the tongue and a bit serious. However they can be very charming in a "bad boy" kind of way. They are thought to be hard on the outside but very mushy on the inside. With girls they like, they tend to be more of the guy who takes the girl's hand and takes the lead. Like their personalities, they like strong flavours, spicy, and salty. On the other hand, "jeollado" men are thought to be smoother, playful. Their dialect is more lyrical, they have a lot of aegyo. They are generally soft on the outside but real tough on the inside. Unlike the Kyungsangdo men, they have a stronger feminine feel to them. Comparatively speaking. With girls they tend to be more persuasive with their words. "Jeollado" is known for their outstanding food, creativity and culture. There has always been some friction between the two groups, where most of our past presidents have been from the Kyungsangdo region except recently (people have a tendancy to vote according to this). This does not mean one is better than the other. Although all BTS members now speak with Seoul accents, they can also easily turn on their original accents as heard in the song. In my opinion, I think the members all display a bit of their original region characteristics. See if you can get a sense of that.
First of all I wanna say that the house of his choice seems really amazing.. The locality also seeme quite peaceful.. I wish in future Kookie has a lovely family to share this house with which will make him feel like in a home.. I can't wait to see those happy days.. Though Kookie is 7 years elder than me.. I see him as a own brother..I love and respect him and the members and I wish the best for them always.. May God bless them and they live a life full of good health, happiness and love.. I think in future. I'm not sure though.. After 10-12 yrs in between or maybe early or after.. They will have their own family.. It's their choice though..I have no right to interfere.. Some comments.......Guys stop assuming he is a relationship with an idol or anyone in that case. These boys have live together for a reaallyyyy long time, ofc they want some space one day and a house of their own. I mean how cool is buying your own house, it shows how much you have worked for it.
