Title : The Most High Lord
ヘブル人への手紙1:1-6
1 神は昔、預言者たちによって、多くの部分に分け、多くの方法で先祖たちに語られましたが、
2 この終わりの時には、御子にあって私たちに語られました。神は御子を万物の相続者と定め、御子によって世界を造られました。
3 御子は神の栄光の輝き、また神の本質の完全な現れであり、その力あるみことばによって万物を保っておられます。御子は罪のきよめを成し遂げ、いと高き所で、大いなる方の右の座に着かれました。
4御子が受け継いだ御名は、御使いたちの名よりもすばらしく、それだけ御使いよりもすぐれた方となられました。
5 神はいったい、どの御使いに向かって言われたでしょうか。
「あなたはわたしの子。 わたしが今日、あなたを生んだ」
と。またさらに、 「わたしは彼の父となり、 彼はわたしの子となる」と。
6そのうえ、この長子をこの世界に送られたとき、神はこう言われました。
「神のすべての御使いよ、彼にひれ伏せ。」
Hebrews 1:1-6
1 God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways,
2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom He also made the world.
3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
4 having become so much better than the angels, to the extent that He has inherited a more excellent name than they.
5 For to which of the angels did He ever say,
“You are My Son,
Today I have fathered You”?
And again,
“I will be a Father to Him
And He will be a Son to Me”?
6 And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says,
“And let all the angels of God worship Him.”
