さつまいも 1/2
クリームチーズ 200ｇ
砂糖 80ｇ
生クリーム200cc
薄力粉 大さじ2
ビスケット 12枚
バター 20g
1 ビスケットを砕く、ボウルに入れる
2溶かしたバターをボウル混ぜる
3スキレットにクッキングシートを敷く
4ビスケットをスキレットに入れる
5さつまいもの皮を剝く、カットして、水に漬ける
6さつまいもレンジで温めてから、ムッシュにする
7さつまいもと砂糖とクリームチーズと生クリームとハチミツと薄力粉を混ぜる
8混ぜたものをスキレットに入れる
9オーブン200度35分で温め
10焼いたものを冷やす
11粉糖をかける
12カットして完成
