Aww, I am happy to be an inspiration 😆💖 I take typically on average a full day (a few hours like maybe in the afternoon or so) to arrange. I might record after I'm done arranging or on another day in case I get tired. But with more familiar songs I don't need that long. I arrange it all on the keyboard hahah so I have the melody in my head where it goes to the right hand then the arrangement for the left hand I do based on chords on the left. My arrangement won't be 100% similar when I play the next time because I focus more on "chord based" (more pertaining to left hand) rather than fixed notes like classical music. In other words, I remember the chord of the song then I just play the left hand accompaniment based on that haha. Hope this answers your questions! :)
