でっかいトトロのシャカシャカクッキー作ってみた! | TOTORO cookies 

レシピが知りたいと言うコメントがありましたので、 詳しいレシピは後日upした苺バージョンでどうぞ! 苺のシャカシャカクッキー | Strawberry Cookies(Sound cookies) !

ここまで大きくてかわいいと、手づくりお菓子というより「作品」ですね！ほんとうにすごいですね〜(*´ω`*)

!! RECIPE !! This just looks like a shaped honey biscuit, with an isomalt window, royal icing, and candy. Note: I haven't actually made this recipe all in one go, but it seems pretty straightforward and I'm pretty confident it'd work! The main thing you'll need is PATIENCE as you need to let each thing cool/set before moving on to the next step. I use the following recipe for honey biscuits; 175 g unsalted butter chopped 1 cup caster sugar 1/4 cup honey 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional) 1 egg lightly beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups self-raising flour PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGREES CELSIUS ON BAKE (NOT FAN BAKE) STEP 1 Stir butter, sugar, honey and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter has melted and the mixture is smooth. MAKE SURE YOUR BUTTER DOES NOT BROWN. STEP 2 Remove from heat and transfer mixture to a large bowl. Cool to room temperature. STEP 3 Sift in egg, vanilla and flour. Mix. STEP 4 Do the Totoro Shaping thing - video shows it quite well STEP 4 Cook at 170/180C for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on trays. You'll need three cutouts per cookie. PLEASE. LET THE COOKIES COOL ENTIRELY. For the isomalt... literally just melt some down and put it in the hole bit of TWO out of the three cutouts (per cookie). Instructions will be on the bag of isomalt. AGAIN, LET COOL ENTIRELY BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEXT STEP Royal icing (make while isomalt cools) 1 egg white (IMPORTANT THERE IS NO YOLK) 1 cup icing sugar 1/4tsp lemon juice STEP 1 Beat egg whites until foamy STEP 2 Gradually add sugar and lemon STEP 3 beat until stiff peaks Note: perfecting royal icing is a bit of trial and error. When dry, your icing should be very hard. Assembling: Cookie w/ isomalt window Royal icing Cookie Candy in middle Royal icing Cookie w/ isomalt window LET ROYAL ICING SET BEFORE FLIPPING OR DOING ANYTHING SO YOU DON'T BREAK IT. THIS CAN TAKE 4-6 HOURS. Decorate with leftover royal icing (you can dye some of it black for other details) Feel free to leave questions if you're lost~!

In order they appear, the ingredients are unsalted butter, powdered sugar, honey, egg, flour, almond flour, and isomalt. I don't know the measurements myself, but I sure would like a recipe for the cookies... looks like a good recipe.
