I continue my doubt for HG as game company, and now i start doubting Arknights as FREE game. Their production standard and quality is just getting better and better, i thought sea shanty from stultifera navis was masterpiece but for me, they overcome that in this piece with strong and powerful soloist, carrying tragic and irony, but also revealing iron will and determination. Can't wait to feel this event in my own hand when it comes to EN. Edit : It's been 6 months and the goosebumps still the same, I'm ready for this event next week
Arknight's grossing is pretty impressive. Not the amount that genshin is making but for arknights where development of characters and grids and map design... enemy types/mechanics... may be more simple than other games. I think they got plenty of money coming in. Not to mention Hyperglyph is a music company... i think they are getting money elsewhere. Ads? Its amazing how impressive the game's music is when you got a music company backing it.
Free game yes, but key is to get people to spend money and they're doing a great job at it by actually listening to players and creating masterpiece events, music and stories. Characters have nice design, not over sexualized, and game has many difficulty levels for all players newbies and veterns alike. Not only that, unlike genshin for example we can see where our money goes to. We got new mode, ANIME, spinoff game in production, more 3d animated trailers, higher quality music, cn and soon to be - en voice actings. Its still a clicker game, you cant expect it to get much different from what it curently is, but the fact that it just gets better, and from time to time we get a lot of free stuff ( limited banners are such a nice refreshing breeze, making you log in everyday). Spending money just feels like youre supporting a higher reason, not only giving them their salary
Here we go again with people saying, "Dude is this really a free game?" Don't stray over the fact that it's a Gacha game whereas several people are tempted to spend several money to roll. The whales already got us covered anyways just think of it as someone is paying the game for us. Don't get me wrong though, it is a decent game, but Gacha games are mostly meant to be Free to play to entice people onto playing it and when they like and see decent units they're tempted to pull or pay for it, if they didn't get it they hand in more money for more rolls, it's a cycle you should already take notice of if you play these type of games.
This has got to be the best soundtrack for this event!! its so intense and that CG has got alot of that Harry Potter energy right now or just a straight reference.

that I'm not so sure , as far as we know the place that this event took place (Leithania) symbolizes Germany & Austria, this event put an heavy emphasis on many classical pieces and composer , and the people of Leithania are said to be able to channel arts through Music.
