Based on the texture of Japanese style curry sauce, I think some of the different chip-shop curry sauces would better suit. There's a chippy over by my mum's that does a lovely chip shop sauce that for some odd reason is called 'Irish curry sauce' that I think would be a great fit... and I'm not saying that because I'm Irish X'D
