台風前の点検に行ったらオオスズメバチが襲来中でした。ミツバチは完全に引きこもりモードで姿が見えません、相当攻撃されていたんでしょう・・・巣の入り口もかじられてボロボロです。巣箱に侵入されたら全滅しちゃいますので、捕獲することにしました。
こんな時のために用意していた粘着シートで１匹目を捕獲、これが一番ドキドキであとは見てるだけで次々に捕獲できました。ちなみにミツバチの巣箱に襲来中はあまり人間に興味を示しませんが、オオスズメバチの巣の駆除などの場合はこの方法は危険です。専門の方に依頼してください。

オオスズメバチもかっこいいし一生懸命生きているのだけれど、うちの巣箱を襲撃してきたら迎え撃つしかありません・・・こうやって捕獲することにいろいろなご意見をお持ちの方がいるとは思いますが、今回私の中では、オオスズメバチよりもミツバチを優先しました。
