I can't tell whether this or the original is my favorite, both are good and your voice is different enough to not be a carbon copy while not straying too far, which is great! despite your claim of it being so hard (not to belittle your effort) nothing came out forced, in my opinion at least.

Correct guess! The truth be told is slow practice! I usually slow down the song to 0.5 or 0.75 to really learn the pronunciation correctly in the first few tries just on the words before even getting the music involved. Once I kinda know the feel of the words in my mouth it becomes a lot easier to put it together!
