Leah Desu it is. it's part of the KagePro series, written by JIN and performed by IA. JIN also has other parts of his series that are sung by Miku, I believe. So the original is vocaloid.

For this one, I think I spent for like a month to arrange and memorize. Im not good at playing while reading sheet music so I have to memorize every damn time -_-
Thanks for comment! Yes I do. There is a piano tutorial video for this song which I uploaded last year and you can download the sheet from that video's description. But the sheet is a bit different from my performance because in this video I played this song based on the sheet but also changed a lot. So if you want a new sheet for my performance, tell me. I'll adjust the old one and make a new one. Don't worry, it's gonna be an easy work.
